Returns of item/s can be made any time within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them with all tags attached.
Please ensure you complete the returns form included in your order to ensure a prompt turnaround. We also ask you to email hello@the-thinline.com at the earliest possible moment to inform us of your return order details.
Once your return is received we will inform you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the item/s have been returned in an unacceptable condition such as having been used or damaged. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon inspection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
For exchanges, please include the size and product details that you would like to exchange your item for on your returns form.
We advise you to keep your ‘proof of postage’ for the return as we cannot be held responsible for returning items that are misplaced in transit.
Please note: Refunds do not include the price of postage unless the item has been deemed faulty.
| Returning Goods from Abroad |
If you are returning items from outside of the UK, we advise that you use a parcel service/ courier that provides a tracked service. Returns sent by courier should have a signed proforma invoice attached to the outside of the parcel.
