| Sneha Bagrecha |
Sneha Bagrecha found her namesake brand in 2013 to pursue her passion for design and India's craft sector whilst working with artisans to create an array of bags including hand-painted clutches, functional device cases and timeless bags made from handwoven fabrics.
All production is based in Ahmedabad, India where a team of artisans are commissioned from the very first spin of the wheel to create the Khadi fabric, through to composing the shape of each handbag.
| Suparna Som |
Handcrafted. Handmade. Handwoven. These are the values that are rooted in Suparna Som’s designs of fluid silhouettes. Her sensibilities combine historic design influences with organic textiles to produce modern garments.
The brand supports artisans from the Biswa Bangla weaving community in West Bengal where their fabrics are spun and woven. The profits made by the organisation from such fabric orders are then forwarded to the respective weavers.
